We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, generate a miniature, or contact us for support. This may include your email address, username, and payment information (processed via our secure payment processors).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain our services, specifically to generate and store your custom 3D models, process transactions, and communicate with you about your account and updates to the service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your generated models and account data are stored securely. We implement valid security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to understand and save your preferences for future visits and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

5. Third-Party Links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.

6. Payment Data

We use Stripe to process all payments. When you subscribe or make a purchase:

• Your payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• We store your Stripe Customer ID in our database to link your subscription to your account.
• Stripe may collect additional information as described in their Privacy Policy.

7. Email Communications

We may send you transactional emails related to your account, including welcome emails upon subscription, billing receipts, and important service updates. These are not marketing emails and are necessary for the operation of your account. We use Resend to deliver these emails.

8. Analytics & Product Telemetry

We use product analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve the experience. The tools and configuration:

• PostHog (cookieless mode): captures pageviews, anonymized clicks, and session recordings to help us identify usability issues. We have configured PostHog with in-memory persistence — no tracking cookies are set in your browser. Sensitive form inputs (passwords, email fields) are automatically masked in session recordings. • Vercel Analytics: aggregated, privacy-friendly pageview metrics. No cookies. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• First-party event log: a record of high-level product actions (signup, generation started, generation completed, download, checkout) is stored on our own servers, scoped to your account. This is used for usage limits, debugging, and product analytics.

You can opt out of analytics by enabling Do Not Track in your browser; we respect that signal. We do not sell or share analytics data with third parties for advertising purposes.
