1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BlastMini 3D, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BlastMini 3D's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. User Content & AI Generations

You retain ownership of the text prompts you input. The 3D models generated are licensed to you based on your subscription plan. Free and Basic tier generations may be used for personal use only. Commercial rights are reserved for higher-tier subscribers as detailed in our Pricing page.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on BlastMini 3D's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. BlastMini 3D makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall BlastMini 3D or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BlastMini 3D's website.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

BlastMini 3D offers recurring subscription plans (Adventurer, Dungeon Master, Campaign Pass) that provide increased usage limits for concept generation, 3D model downloads, and map creation.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. You will be charged the current subscription rate at renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Subscription" option in your account menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your plan's features until then.
• Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 14 days.
• Usage Limits: Each plan includes monthly usage quotas (concepts, downloads, maps) that reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused quota does not roll over.
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. BlastMini 3D does not store your credit card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

8. 3D Model Files & Print Outcomes

BlastMini delivers digital 3D model files (STL and 3MF) for self-printing. The following terms apply to all generated models:

• What we guarantee about the file: Every delivered model is watertight and manifold, and has been post-processed with volumetric thickening to optimize for ≥0.4mm minimum wall thickness on most features. If a delivered file fails to be watertight or manifold, contact support and we will regenerate or replace it at no cost.
• What we do not guarantee: Successful 3D printing depends on factors outside our control — including printer hardware, resin or filament selection, slicer configuration, support placement, build-plate calibration, ambient temperature, and operator skill. We do not refund based on print quality, print failures, dissatisfaction with the printed result, or claims that a print "didn't look right."
• When we will replace or refund: We will replace a model or refund the associated credit if (a) the file fails to download due to a service error on our end, (b) the delivered file does not pass our published specifications (watertight and manifold), or (c) the file does not match the prompt or description you provided.
• Resin recommended: Our models are optimized for resin (MSLA/SLA) printing at tabletop scale (28–32mm). FDM printers can print BlastMini models, but fine details (thin weapons, small features) may require scaling up or accepting reduced detail. See our Printing Guide for guidance and recommended settings.
• No commercial print-and-sell services: BlastMini does not offer physical printing services. We are not liable for prints produced by you, by a print service, or by any third party using files generated through our platform.

9. Creator Partner Program

These terms govern participation in the BlastMini Creator Partner / affiliate program. By applying, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility & approval: Anyone may apply for a referral link and audience discount code. Cost-bearing benefits (free Creator account, custom miniature, featured-partner status) are granted at BlastMini's sole discretion to approved partners with an active, relevant audience. Approval may be declined or revoked at any time.
• Disclosure obligation: You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid/affiliate relationship with BlastMini wherever you promote it, in accordance with the advertising-disclosure laws of your jurisdiction — including but not limited to the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), the UK ASA/CAP Code, EU consumer-protection and unfair-commercial-practices rules, and the Australian ACCC guidelines. A plain label such as "#ad", "affiliate", or "BlastMini partner" satisfies this in most regions. Failure to disclose may result in removal from the program.
• Commission: Approved partners earn a recurring commission (default 20%) on subscription revenue actually collected from users they refer, for as long as those users remain subscribed. The rate in effect at the time a payment is recorded applies to that payment.
• Attribution: Last-touch within a 90-day window — the most recent partner link a user clicked before signing up receives credit. Self-referrals (referring your own account or members of your household) are prohibited and earn no commission.
• Refund / chargeback hold: Commissions are held for 30 days before approval. Any payment that is refunded, charged back, or disputed within that window voids the associated commission.
• Payouts: Paid monthly once your approved balance reaches a minimum threshold (currently US$25). You are responsible for providing valid payout details and any tax/identity information required to process payment. Commissions are forfeited on accounts terminated for fraud or abuse.
• Anti-abuse: Generating fake signups, self-referrals, fraudulent payments, or any attempt to manipulate the program results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. BlastMini may modify or end the program, or adjust rates for future referrals, with reasonable notice.
